Services
I provide therapy for women ages 18 and up. It is not uncommon for people to seek services without knowing exactly what is wrong. Many of my clients initially come in with a vague sense that something is "off"; they are confused because they have a great life but can't seem to shake an inner ache or a sense that they are unwell. Often my clients are successful and happy on the outside but are terrified for the moment people find out "the truth" about them. I have extensive experience working with young adults and students. I also have considerable experience working with individuals who currently practice or have a history within the Christian tradition.

Individual session: $140 per 60 minute session
Initial Intake session (90 minute): $160
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I am in network with the following insurance companies: Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, First Choice Health, and Kaiser PPO plans. I do not accept any other insurance at this time, however I am happy to provide you with a receipt as an out-of-network provider. Depending on your insurance, you may be able to submit these receipts for possible reimbursement. Please let me know if you are interested in pursuing this option during our initial consultation.
